In deze online Six Sigma training leer je processen te optimaliseren door fouten te voorkomen of weg te nemen om zo perfecte diensten en/of producten te kunnen leveren. Deze bedrijfsstrategie wordt in een competitieve markt steeds vaker omarmt en dient als kwaliteitsverbetering van vele processen binnen een organisatie.

Deze training is specifiek gericht op het Green Belt niveau. Als Six Sigma Green Belt werk je ter ondersteuning van of onder toezicht van een Six Sigma Black Belt. Als Six Sigma Green Belt analyseer je processen, los je kwaliteitsproblemen op en ben je direct betrokken bij kwaliteitsverbeteringsprocessen.
