In deze BABOK® v3 training / cursus wordt de Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® versie 3) richtlijn uitgebreid behandeld. BABoK is een uitgebreide verzameling best practices en richtlijnen rondom business analyse. Het geeft u als business analist een internationaal erkend raamwerk waarbinnen u uw werk optimaal kunt uitvoeren. BABoK is een algemene richtlijn die zich zeer goed leent voor IT gerelateerde business analyse.

De BABoK norm geldt als referentiewerk voor de certificering IIBA®'s Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®). Tijdens dit certificeringsexamen wordt uw kennis van de BABoK norm getoetst. Voorkennis

Voor de training heeft u geen specifieke voorkennis nodig. Het is een pre wanneer u praktijkervaring heeft met business analyse. Om in aanmerking te kunnen komen voor examen CBAP dient u wel over uitgebreide praktijkervaring te beschikken.

Examen BABOK

U moet uw examen altijd direct bij het IIBA zelf boeken. Voor het CBAP examen geldt, naast de kennis van BABoK, uitgebreide opleidings- en ervaringseisen voordat u het examen mag doen.
