ITIL® v4 Foundation

Je gaat aan de slag met de online ITIL® v4 Foundation training waardoor je de ins en outs leert kennen van deze internationaal erkende toolset en referentiekader om beheerprocessen binnen de ICT organisatie in te richten. Maak voor optimale voorbereiding ook het proefexamen. De training en het proefexamen bereiden jou voor op het ITIL v4 examen, waardoor je de officiële ITIL certificering kan behalen.

CompTIA A+

Daarnaast volg je de CompTIA A+ training. Alle basiskennis die je nodig hebt om ondersteuning te geven aan eindgebruikers van IT infrastructuur komt in deze training aan bod. Deze training bereidt je voor op de 220-1001 en 220-1002 examens. Je wordt na deze examens erkend als CompTIA A+ certified professional. Ter optimale voorbereiding raden we ook aan om te oefenen via het proefexamen en livelab.

Resultaat

Na het volgen van dit leerpad beschik jij over de basiskennis die je nodig hebt om aan de slag te gaan als helpdeskmedewerker. Voorkennis

Voor de ITIL Foundation training is geen specifieke voorkennis vereist. Wanneer je start met de CompTIA A+ training is het een pre voor het behalen van je examens om 500 uur praktijkervaring te hebben als support engineer.
